Yet another biscuit recipe/method!

Isn’t it funny that there are so many videos/articles about such a simple food as biscuits?

Here’s another one. The method reminds me of English muffins or scones. I want to try this just to see if it works.

You could even use canned biscuits and bake them in a skillet if you don’t want to make your own, although making them isn’t that hard. I have made biscuits using soft butter or lard and working the fat into the flour with my fingers rather than cutting in cold butter. You be you!
