The Texas pirate has his wings clipped for a minute or two. Such a terrible disappointment to the voters. He backstabbed a lot of people once he got into office, so not a lot of sympathy for him.

Afternoon All. We have frost this morning. But, the sun is out although the temps won’t get up much into the 40’s.
I now have to admit I am sick. I thought I had gotten over this, it was just a snotty nose and a slight cough intermittently. But, it has now turned into a real mess. I used a whole box of Kleenex yesterday and almost coughed myself silly last night. I have some good cough drops, but they only work as long as one is in my mouth. I did, however, manage to sleep last night. Everyone in the family has either had this or is now sick. I think we all got it at church.

Appropriate for National Absurdity Day.
It was 5 million dollars in FEMA money that were mistakenly overpaid to a firm headed by a U.S. congresswoman. (How does that happen?)
Once the healthcare company got the money, things got worse.
