    See You At The Beach

    The sand may not be perfect
    The water may be cold
    But there’s so many memories
    That warm me now I’m old

    Several generations
    Enjoyed the summer days
    Friends and family together
    Changed my life so many ways

    Don’t stop making memories
    Just because I’m gone
    I guess sooner or later
    We all are moving on

    You better throw a party
    Though I might not be in reach
    But I will be thinking of you
    And I’ll see you at the beach.

    National Double Cheeseburger Day – sounds like a great idea!

    National Linguini Day – actually I was going to have fettuccini tonight

    National Online Learning Day – this was such a great gift from the internet for the third world.

    National Neonatal Nurses’ Day – a specialty for sure

    National Tackle Kids Cancer Day – remember the people who work on this matter everyday.

    National Cheese Toast Day – maybe need some for breakfast. There was a restaurant in NO that had several combinations that sounded good.

    Wife Appreciation Day – good to feel loved and appreciated

    National Crème De Menthe Day – I do not like this. Nor mint juleps.

    Our Favorite Sunday Columnist has some thoughts on the past week. I was not aware of the most recent activities in Ukraine, which are quite disturbing. As for the debate, Clarice is much more optimistic than am I. That’s a good thing, because no one would likely call her a Pollyanna. Fill up your cup and enjoy the read.

    She can feel as strongly as she likes about the subject, but they are not “literally tools of war”, and her position on an “assault” weapons ban is not consistent with the 2nd amendment.

    CNN propagandist Dana Bash accused Sen. J.D. Vance of being a racist for alerting the nation to the plight of the citizens of Springfield, Ohio. It did not end well for the television broadcasters. Vance issued a scathing indictment of Bash as well as the far-left ideology of American journalism.

    I’ve seen Ned Ryun on different shows, primarily on Fox. This sounds like a book I’m going to have to put on my reading list.
