Funny how we’re starting to see other countries slowly backing away from this caca, and our greedy pols double down. For those still asleep at the switch, I would hope they wake up soon before they wake up and it’s dark all the time, and there’s a bit of a chill in their air, and it’s November. But that’s just me.

My good friend Tundra PA looked at pictures of a very severe skin condition I had, diagnosed it as psoriasis, and told me to take lots of vitamin d, but to also get out in the sun every day. I did, it went away, and has never come back.
And a note, in case one of you out there has psoriasis, I had to actually sit out in the sun, not just be vertical and walking. Anyhow, I still take the vitamin daily, but I do need to get outside more.
My DIL, who was a health and fitness consultant, tells me it’s best to get your sun exposure early in the day, and she can name dozens of benefits. But something about getting sun early in the day helps your body run all kinds of processes better, apparently.

Afternoon All. It actually rained here. More surprising is that the weather guessers said it was going to. The sun is trying to come out now. Funny thing, the rain appeared to be coming at us from all directions but we only got a little. It was welcomed anyway..And, guess what, no snow mixed in.
I am watching Guardians of the Galaxy Vol,2. My favorite character is Root and my favorite actor in it is Chris Pratt. I don’t always like this type of movie, but I really like this one. And, my lower back is bothering me today, so I think I will let it rest.
