Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton explains why President Trump is innocent of the “crimes” he is being accused of by the Department of Justice.
It is a political indictment about nothing, the purpose being to interfere with the 2024 Presidential election. President Trump is being charged on handling of records from his administration. No other President has EVER been similarly charged, even though they are “guilty” of the same actions.

They (Dems and RINOs) want him OFF the ballots. Not nearly as many will write him in! If they can get him on bogus charges and the trial date is after the election, MISSION ACOMPLISHED!

BTW, these other candidates are going to pardon him if they win. Just how do you pardon someone who’s innocent? No one asks the right questions!

Doesn’t he have to be convicted in a court of law to be pardoned?

As I understand it, the President can pardon anyone of a federal crime, whether or not they have been convicted. In other words, they can be charged, but not convicted.
