We have all loved Bud commercials in the past, and can continue to do so. We just know now that they don’t really mean it. Here’s Fox’s report about it:
Here’s the full one-minute ad:
YouTube comment on this ad:
Let me tell you a story…. about a beer company founded in America, then sold to a corporate conglomerate in Europe. They didn’t understand their market and tried forcing their woke beliefs on them. The people had enough and stopped buying their product. The company never admitted they screwed up, and the people remembered, continuing to boycott their beer. This wasn’t just about beer, this was about people being fed up with being told what and how to think, this is the American spirit.
Too late!
Yep. I want Budweiser to hang around…………….because I love their Clydesdale ads.

I support my local brewery and have for quite awhile. I like lager style over pilsner every day and twice on Sunday. Bock ain’t too shabby either.

My favorite beer is Jimmy Buffet’s Landshark Lager. My friend gave me some a short time before I left Florida.

I see a New Jersey man, Pauly Michaelis, has it in for another American brand:
“For those of you who know me well my drink has always been Jack Daniels,” Michaelis wrote…
“THEY WENT WOKE,” Michaelis wrote, followed by a middle-finger emoji.
The backlash comes as the whiskey brewer’s “small town, big pride” 2021 ad campaign featuring drag queens from “Ru Paul’s Drag Race” has resurfaced — sparking conservative outrage similar to how some Bud Light fans boycotted after the beer company partnered with a popular transgender influencer.

Has anyone asked the real question here? How did the US Pres. of the Budweiser brand get to his perch as quickly as he did. If you look at his LinkedIn profile, he spent about 4 years in the Marine Corps. then five at CIA. Went to Harvard Business School for two (MBA), then a few years at a high-level job with Pepsi, then like a rocket at Bud to the big chair. This type of trajectory is a bit out of whack. Likely a service academy grad, but something doesn’t pass my smell test.
