      Why don’t they have doggie masks on their fur babies? I mean, it’s been reported that some poor dog in France has gotten the monkey pox from his male owners, though I don’t think face masks would have helped in that situation.

    Great picture at the top, Stella. I don’t know where Shelton is (not the one in Washington State, I imagine) and I’m pretty sure tracks never went all the way to Nome. From Seward to Fairbanks, but not out west. I’ve seen photos of dog teams pulling those hand carts from Seward to Anchorage. Dogs are the best!
