I might try it just to overcome my shuddering distaste at the thought of sugar in biscuits. Also, I have never heard the term stamped biscuits before. Thanks Stella, interesting!

Since I am such a failure at biscuit making, I might just try this. 🙂

The easiest biscuits I’ve ever used is “Pillsbury Grands” frozen biscuits, Southern style. You just keep a bag in the freezer, and take out and bake as many as you need. They are even good to roll out with a little flour, and make homemade fried fruit pies!

My biscuits are mostly a failure. I’ll try these. BTW, their rice pudding is the best.
