Confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee Judge Amy Coney Barrett (Day 2)

Questioning of the nominee will begin Tuesday and last through Wednesday.

The hearing begins at 9:00 am ET.

    So far Judge Barrett has demonstrated that she is well prepared (without notes) and handles questioning well.

    Ted Cruz is doing a great job. He absolutely embarrassed Whitehouse (if he is even capable of being embarrassed; he’s too stupid.)

    Am I crazy, or does it seem that they are accusing ACB of being everything they’d want a liberal judge to be(partisan)?
    She appears to value Article 6 clause 2 and Marbury vs. Madison more so than newest justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, and certainly more so than CJ Roberts.
    Maybe that is what’s driving them crazy.

    The Dems are a COMPLETE waste of time and words. Each seems to be worse than the last. This is such a waste of time. They are all pushing misleading a lies when they talk. Harris is the worst in my mind.
