Interesting interview. Is too much information good for you? Opinions of an old couple in 1979.
Something from the more recent olden days.
I didn’t know that cats were sock thieves!
Another blast from the past. I remember these.
I’ve never had a dog that enjoyed a bath.
We take clean water for granted. These people do not.
I remember when we all dressed up to go to work. I was past the hat days, though. I think the last hat I owned was for Easter in about 1960.
Remember this? Back when I used to watch broadcast television shows.
Don’t forget your mask when you go out, and keep your distance from this guy!
Everybody is working from home these days.
Enjoy! A young lady who left us too soon.
We only ever had one dog who loved a bath, our first Golden Retriever. He was a huge dog, we bathed him in a kiddie pool and he indulged himself in it. He would roll around as if to tell us we missed a spot.
The first time my husband gave him a bath when he was a puppy he had the pool ready, soap, etc, but forgot the leash. He went in the house hunting all over for the leash, muttering and grumbling. When he finally gave up and decided he just have to hold the pup carefully, we found him sprawled out in the pool, waiting for his bath.

Drove up to the convenience store for some Perrier this afternoon.
Forgot my mask.
No one noticed.
No one cared.
We need pray that young mask-wearing man does not emulate me. One suspects he would be noticed.
