    This video kind of summarizes what was discussed in the long video I posted last night on the General Discussions thread. Good info about Lawfare and the changes made in Congress to enable the Democrat Committee chairs to more effectively harass President Trump and administration officials.

    I still recommend watching the long video interview of Sidney Powell on yesterday’s thread.

      Little-known, totally useless factoid re: Sidney Powell becoming Gen Flynn’s attorney – Joe Flynn and Ms Powell were both participating in a conference last Nov (2018) given by late-night ‘Caravan To Midnight’ radio-show host John B Wells on the Deep State, gubmint involvement in the Russia Hoax, etc. Iow, “conspiracy theorists unite.”

      During the conference, Joe Flynn and Ms Powell had a two-hour, closed-door, one-on-one meeting re: Gen Flynn’s case. Joe Flynn came home and talked with Gen Flynn, and here we are.
      Ain’t we conspiracy theorists grand !?!

    Ironically, I am uniquely qualified to answer this question. From 2004–2005, I was the lead functional architect for the State Messaging Archive Retrieval Toolset (SMART), the official e-mail system of the US Department of State.

    When I started on the team, it was under the leadership of Sec. Powell. He had his own e-mail server, but it was in the server room owned by the State Department. When Sec. Rice took over she too had her own server, but it was again on site in the server room. Neither had servers in their own residences or at a 3rd party location. Powell did use his AOL account, but not for classified e-mails.

    When I designed the workflow for the official e-mail system, I insisted that there be two features that were not negotiable. 1) All e-mails had to be cleared by 2 people, even the ones from the Sec State. That didn’t go over well since the SecState wanted authority to clear and approve their own message. I said NO. 2) Every message, approved or not, had a copy routed to a lock box where no access was possible by anyone except for audit or law enforcement purposes. Both of these features were not popular, but it was the only way that I was going to design the system. Finally, they agreed and I handed off the designs to the engineering team and they implemented it.

    The reason that Hillary Clinton had her own e-mail servers was because there was no way around the safeguards that I insisted be put into place to prevent just this type of problem from happening. Hillary didn’t want her Pay for Play e-mails and Clinton Foundation e-mails to be forever in the system of record for the US Dept of State. So, the advantage that you asked about is so that she could run amok unhindered by the checks and balances that were put in place to avoid such corruption.

    It is worth noting that the system went live January 1, 2009, 3 weeks before Obama was sworn in and would have been required for Sec. Clinton to use when she took office. When Sec. Powell and Sec. Rice were there, an official system didn’t exist yet, so that is the difference that the mainstream media refused to report accurately.

    While the government at first seemed to concede defeat, it’s not at all certain that is the case.

    Exactly how this will proceed remains up in the air, but in the Wall Street Journal, two distinguished lawyers, David B. Rivkin Jr. and Gilson B. Gray, have offered the president a solution.

    Section 2 of the 14th Amendment provides that if a state denies the franchise to anyone eligible to vote, its allotment of House seats shall be “reduced in the proportion which the number of such… citizens shall bear to the whole number of… citizens… in such state.” This language is absolute and mandatory. Compliance is impossible without counting how many citizens live in each state. [snip] The president should issue an executive order stating that, to comply with the requirements of Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, the citizenship question will be added to the 2020 census. In addition, he can order the Commerce Department to undertake, on an emergency basis, a new Census Act rulemaking.

    That would trigger another round of litigation. Opponents would choose a federal district court likely to block it again, and the Justice Department would have to seek the Supreme Court’s intervention during its summer recess. While rare, such an emergency review has happened before. With the justification for the citizenship question being clear and compelling, the administration should prevail.

    Lots about how Obama politicized the 2010 census, including requiring the director of the Census to report directly to the White House, rather than as is customary to the Commerce Secretary.

    The Left is crystal clear. They have a new rainbow flag, they want to remove Washington, Jefferson, Betsy Ross and the rest of the founding. They want to replace the citizenry with new people. They want to ignore federal law, dissolve the borders of the United States and transfer many elements of sovereignty to global structures. They want to end constitutional protections such as free speech, religious liberty, due process and any and all constitution limits or common law traditions which don’t fit their plan of the day. They do not respect elections, or democracy, or any splits of power, such as the electoral college, apportionment of districts or separation of powers, unless they win. All other exercises of power are illegitimate.

    They want to swap all definitions, holidays, street names, statues, history text books, flags, rules, traditions, religions, borders, people, structures, institutions, moral codes, sexual mores, family structures, civic organizations, decision structures, leaders and primary language, plus they want to libel, destroy and remove the rights of anyone wanting to retain any of those things.

    Other than that, they are loyal Americans.

    Talking with a woman from Seattle about the street conditions there. She said she met two young women (23-24 yr. old) who were “camping in the streets”. They said they got tired of having to work 40-60 hours a week just to pay the apartment rent, plus utilities, and never had time or money to have fun, so they moved out onto the streets, and quit working as the schedules were too much trouble to meet. ?!?!?!

      Why live in expensive Seattle and surrounding areas? Plenty of other places in Washington which are affordable. 23-24 years old and still not able to think clearly or make good decisions…that’s sad!

    Just watching the latest video posted by some people I follow on YouTube. They are sailing around the world, and are great videographers. Anyway, they are in the Philippines and talking about the presence of US navy and Philippine Coast Guard where they are anchored. The boats look stealth. See about 4:00. They just picked up her mother who flew in from BC Canada for a visit.

    (The wife has a bit of a potty mouth).

        It may be that it takes time to edit the vids, and then to be near an access point from which to upload.
        That dirty water from washing the veggies – yuck! All my produce is washed with dish soap, and she used just uses water and some vinegar. smh
        No idea re: U.S. Navy, although the boats were neat-looking. Beyond my limited knowledge base.

          I think they use a satellite link to upload videos, based on previous videos of theirs. This wasn’t a particularly interesting video, but some of theirs are spectacular. They have great camera equipment, including underwater, and drones.
