      JACQUELINE: The problem is is Patreon takes payments. And while we are obviously supportive of the first amendment, there are other things that we have to consider. Our mission is to fund the creative class. In order to accomplish that mission we have to build a community of creators that are comfortable sharing a platform, and if we allow certain types of speech that some people would call free speech, then only creators that use Patreon that don’t mind their branding associated with that kind of speech would be those who use Patreon and we fail at our mission. But secondly as a membership platform, payment processing is one of the core value propositions that we have. Payment processing depends on our ability to use the global payment network, and they have rules for what they will process.

      Ugh. All the bolding is mine. This is sick and endemic in our institutions. What the IRS did to conservative groups was similarly non-centralized. It’s just what to do. Nobody told anyone to target conservative groups. It’s just what you’re programmed to do, and you freaking do it.

      And now it’s in all our institutions, from government to Google to Amazon to school to church to TV to phones. Careful with your conservative credentials. You will be banned.

      As I said, it’s ENDEMIC. They won’t tolerate you Christians. And they own it all now. The banks on down to the whole entire online tech industry. It’s actually quite fun to watch, in a sick, twisted way.

      They control all of this that we participate in, online. All the networks. Multiple piercings, some large enought to drive a semi truck through, blue and pink hair, alternative sexualitites of 99 sorts, and hate for “The Right”. That’s pretty much most companies’ hiring goal at this point. Let’s hire those people. That’ll help us get a profit, as befits a company that wants to make a profit. I love sarcasm.

      We make stuff. We don’t need this. We build and plant and harvest stuff. We clean stuff. We drive stuff across the country, and unload it. We know what Citizens Band Radio is, and how to use it.

    BOULDER, Colo. — A $750 million defamation lawsuit filed against CBS by the brother of JonBenet Ramsey has been settled.

    The Daily Camera reports court records show that a Michigan Circuit Court judge on Wednesday dismissed the lawsuit filed by Burke Ramsey in December 2016.

    The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed.
    The lawsuit said that Burke Ramsey’s reputation was ruined after a television series suggested he killed his 6-year-old sister more than two decades ago.

    Ocasio is very, very good she plays exclusively to her base. And she is sincere.

    Cooper looks extremely uncomfortable.

    Scott Adams talks about Ocasio’s persuasion skills.

    Ceronovich talks about Ocasio’s natural charisma.

    Coulter or Ingraham talks about the natural attraction Ocasio has because of her physical attractiveness.

    Ocasio’s unbowed confidence in the face of her grand hyperbole is very reminiscent of President Trump’s supreme confidence. The Right’s response to Ocasio’s madness is very reminiscent of the Left’s response to candidate Trump’s madness.

    The noticeable differences are of course that Ocasio is an ill informed lunatic, a true product of the machine of mindless liberalism and she believes that her own hubris is well founded, impeachable, she believes that her hyperbole is actually statements of fact. President Trump when he uses hyperbole is well aware of the actuality of economics, the notion of a country of laws not men and the history of America.

    Ocasio believes and promotes every Leftist bumpersticker that was ever printed.

    Ocasio is the living embodiment of Martin Luther King’s warning, she a force imbued with darkness masquerading as light.

            I’m familiar with her politics. I’m familiar with the DSA it just went over my head as dsa 😏.

            All of that is a known it doesn’t make her any less dangerous, people who are dismissing her are making a mistake.

            Ocasio is going to do one of two things 1) cause a brutal civil war in the Democratic Party by confronting the old War Horses because she really believes in her own values or 2) become just like the Old War Horses very quickly.

                that all depends on if Ocasio can be convinced that her words are meaningless and that she can say them as long as she does not have a single thought in her head about implementing them. I personally think that she is the real deal and believes that she is a prophet a radical who will bend the laws of reason and nature and earth will gasp at her vision.

          No, she’s not “dumb”. IMO, she’s truly mentally off–like in a personality disorder either created or born–and not merely brainwashed. She’s a gifted fabulist, a manipulator, and can put on a charm offensive in such a manner as to lure the ignorant and low IQ folk into her worldview.

          She has more in common with Stalin or Mao or Castro (all of whom were fabulously wealthy and certainly did not “donate” their millions to “the masses”) than she has with her constituents to whom she will promise the moon while filling her own coffers for future assaults on our Constitutional Republic.

            I think you’re spot on here Lucille.

            I believe that she has spent her entire adult life as a waitress or bartender. In other words she manipulates people into giving them her their money by being who they want her to be.

            (This is not a knock on the service industry, one of my daughters is in it and one was in it until about 7 months ago, it is simply a fact of the trade.)

            I do believe that she is sincere in her delusion of a Socialist Utopia.

        Wooly, try looking at Ocasio through a different lens try not to think of her as dumb rather think of her as ignorant.

        She isn’t dumb. She can argue her beliefs very well, her beliefs are dumb, she is ignorant, ill informed, a true puppet of the propaganda that she has internalized as truth.

        But she has wit, she has comeback skills, she has hundred of thousands of people thinking she is brilliant, she beat the incumbent democrat, she is extremely dangerous.

        Remember the same criticisms about her intellect that were thrown at candidate Trump are the same ones being thrown at Ocasio. That is galvanizing people around her and is it is going to give her power in DC.

        Ocasio is ignorant, she is dangerous, she is used to being able to be sloppy with her words and still win the argument because she is used to being around people who believe as she does and don’t question the premise of her argument, she is used to talking to people who are dumb and people who are enamored with her.

            Agreed. I recoil when I see or hear, Pelosi, Obama, Clinton et al. Ocasio is charming. I thought her teenage dancing routine was endearing and cute. Her huge eyes and big head bring out a natural human instinct that she is vulnerable and in need of protection.

            I’m happy that there are people out there sounding the warning signals about her appeal, I hope that people listen.

    Saturday night: Czarina and I went out front to bring the tropicals inside – frost possible tonite. While we’re working we hear the old dog barking out back – we call her but she won’t come. Czarina looks out the back door and she has a possum cornered right by the door.
    I go inside and call her in, she wasn’t really interested in the possum but just wanted to let us know she’d caught one. I reached down, gave it a few scratches on the head and a piece of American cheese (they’re carrion/trash eaterts). When I went back both the possum and the cheese offering were gone so I presume we’re at least partially forgiven.
