    Good mornin’, and happy Friday! One last mobile coffee delivery system. This is one that got its start after hauling Flicka all over the County for the petting zoo! I would say ultimage re-purposing! But there’s coffee! Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

        • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
        • 2 cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, mozzarella, or Mexican blend)
        • 4 large flour tortillas
        • 2 tbsp butter or oil for cooking
        • Optional mix-ins: Diced green onions, corn, or avocado [1, 2, 3, 4]

        How to Make It

        1. Prep the filling: Mix the chopped lobster with a pinch of salt, pepper, and optional green onions.
        2. Assemble: Place a tortilla in a warm skillet over medium heat. Layer one half (or the whole tortilla) with cheese, the lobster meat, and more cheese. Fold it in half or top with a second tortilla.
        3. Cook: Pan-fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is completely melted.
        4. Serve: Slice into wedges and serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]

    Mornin’ All. It got down to about 40* and is now up to 54* with blindly shining sun.

    While I was out with Loki, the man from the church who is giving me an air conditioner rode by on his bike. He is bringing the air conditioner by this afternoon. I am so thankful and glad to have it for when the heat comes back next summer.

    The US Supreme Court on Friday reinstated President Trump’s database for voter citizenship verification.

    In an unsigned order, the high court, in a 6-3 decision, allowed the Trump Administration to use an expanded database that contains citizenship information.

    Liberal Justices Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson dissented.
