    Good mornin’, and happy Friday eve. When I went to bed last night it appeared that we were beginning to take care of some unfinished business. Good. Let’s have some fancy coffee from this steampunk coffee maker this morning. Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee!

    Mornin’ All. Pleasant out at 54* as long as you are dressed for it. It is really breezy and overcast. Still, a nice day.

    Last night I was looking for something on streaming and came across this comedian. His name was something like Mahmood Malik and he lives in the South. He said his mother immigrated when he was little and when he went to school, the teacher said nobody would be able to say his name, so they called him Moody. Only, he made a huge, funny joke of it. He was so funny I watched the whole show, laughing the whole time. He was very fat and he is Iranian. That is mostly what he talked about and it wasn’t vicious or mean, just hugely funny. I wrote down his name, but can’t fine it right now. I will post it if I find it. Too many comedians are not funny now.

      How do you wish to be addressed here? I have seen Aus, and Mom.

      Aus, because I think I saw that first.

      But Mom is rather endearing, as in “Hi, Mom”.

        I use ‘mom’ because her name is a-us-citizen-mom. Will be interested to know what she thinks.

        Well, my daddy used to say, “I don’t care what you call me as long as you call me in time for dinner.” Truth is, I will answer to either, but I appreciate that you cared.

        Back when I first started posting, I logged in one morning to find a kangaroo as my avatar. I had not put one on then and I was surprised. I forget his name, but the guy apologized when he found out I wasn’t in Australia. It was funny because until that happened I did not realize anyone would think of Australia from that name.
