Good mornin’, and happy Friday! It looks like they’ve almost figured out how many votes need to be counted to eliminate any common sense in California, but they’re going to torture us for a few more weeks while they finalize things. We need lots of coffee, and this might just do the trick. This is not your normal Keuring…..this one is a $9500 version, but you get exactly what you want! Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

Good afternoon, czarina. I’m gonna pass on the cat hugging, I think. Might be time for a drink soon after, if you try that. 😉

Good morning, Tex, Wee and Czarina,
Happy “Over the Hump Day”.
Looks like Tex is ready for the weekend! Thank you for the custom coffee, sir. California elections have never been better described. A beautiful landscape willingly destroyed by its inhabitants. Political pollution.
Wee, at least you have your coffee in hand. It’s better than playing hide and seek with it. Cold coffee is never as good, rewarmed coffee is no longer a treat.
Czarina, I’ll have cognac and cheese please! And I will smile at both. We all enjoy the comments on the day. Some of them might be completely misunderstand, otherwise, and we’re always up for a bit of humor.
A Good Morning to everyone. Hope the day is pleasant and productive.

Good Mornin’ All. Got more rain last night. It wasn’t supposed to come until this afternoon, but that is ok with me. However, a lady who has lived here for a really long time was complaining yesterday about having so much rain. I think we probably needed it.
I was in Kalispell yesterday and wanted to get a mocha drink at McDonald’s. I put the address in my GPS but couldn’t find it even though the GPS said it was right there. Well, it was, but there are no Golden Arches and the place was a nice new building with a yellow curved roof and the name on it was McCafé. Weird.
Well, it looks like everyone is having weather today. Stay safe.

Good evening Aus,
I wonder if its an offshoot dedicated to the coffee shop trend or a new look for a traditional Mickey D’s.

Good afternoon! Another sunny day. We could use some rain sometime soon, though.

Thank you Stella,
It’s almost a walking tour. So very good to see restoration instead of neglect.

Per an article I just read in the NYT (very biased, but informative), this fall the plans are to replace the broken piping from the Reflecting Pool to its water filtration plant, and to upgrade the ozone system in the filtration plant. If you’re interested:
