I’d try it with plain shredded raw cabbage – my favorite burritos in west TX were roast beef and cabbage.

Okay. I just made Reuben tacos. Homemade thousand island dressing, homemade sauerkraut, corned beef, gruyere cheese. All melted/heated in the microwave (except the dressing) on low-carb flour tortillas. Delicious!

Good mornin’, Lucille. Nearly every headline I read yesterday talked about how certain justices were pooh-poohing this case as it was being presented. I know that’s the media doing their “job” in trying to dishearten us, but it certainly concerns me. I hope this goes somewhere, or it will seem as though it’s one more nail.

IMO, we are being governed by some of the most evil people on the planet. I have read articles recently about efforts from the world’s largest oil producer, the CEO of Toyota, and even the CEO’s of carmakers in the US who are telling our betters that EV’s are not ready for prime-time and we need to do a reset on the whole push to save the world. So what do our “leaders” do…………..they double down on the stupid. Brandon is scheduled to release updated reg’s from the EPA on clamping down on tailpipe emissions dramatically over the next few years. I just shake my head and mutter under my breath a lot more than I ever envisioned.
