I think that line referred to himself on a ”chrome horse’ (Dylan rode a motorcycle and had a bad accident in 1966), and the ‘diplomat’ was a former manager.

Afternoon All. It is still snowing lightly and overcast white. We got about 2 inches yesterday. It all looks really pretty again.
I had gotten Loki a rain suit which I thought would work in the snow, too. It fit fairly well but was a little tight around her belly. It was really cheap so I think I will get a bigger one. And, it has snaps instead of velcro. The velcro catches her fur and pulls it. It comes down on her legs and she walks funny when I put it on her. But she will get used to it.
