President Trump is at his home in Trump Tower, NYC. He will be traveling from there to the courthouse later this afternoon for his arraignment.
It is reported that the President will not be handcuffed, nor will his mugshot be taken. Because he is covered by Secret Service protection, it isn’t necessary.
Normally, I would use RSBN live video for you to see what is transpiring, but since YouTube has once-again BANNED RSBN, and WordPress and Rumble are not compatible, I can provide a link: RSBN RUMBLE
RSBN is live NOW.
In the meantime, here is Fox live coverage:
What do we know? From Fox reporting:
Trump’s lawyers said over the weekend that they expected to file a motion to dismiss all charges stemming from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s investigation. And Trump said Tuesday that his case should be moved to nearby Staten Island, New York, which has a larger demographic of Republican voters compared to Manhattan.
“VERY UNFAIR VENUE, WITH SOME AREAS THAT VOTED 1% REPUBLICAN. THIS CASE SHOULD BE MOVED TO NEARBY STATEN ISLAND – WOULD BE A VERY FAIR AND SECURE LOCATION FOR THE TRIAL,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
Hush money payments made to both McDougal and Daniels were revealed and reported by Fox News in 2018. Those payments had been investigated by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York and by the Federal Election Commission.
However, federal prosecutors opted against charging Trump in the case.

Gagging to Death

Somewhere over Asia
If WEF/CCP gag order against Trump is issued through their Soros meat puppet, @realDonaldTrump can just pray aloud. Pray across the country to huge crowds. Freedom of worship. Freedom to pray aloud.
Ukraine war is being lost. America is being invaded. Economy collapsing. We are going into civil war. Pray aloud! We don’t need permission. Praying aloud across the land will drive those satanist to blazes. We don’t need permission from satanist-communists. Rights are not granted. Rights are taken!
Pray aloud!

I don’t get how they are felony charges? Also isn’t there a statue of limitations on certain charges? He’s also a famous rich man. It’s not surprising he would pay some people to shut up to avoid the aggravation from disproving rumors. None of these charges make any sense.
I get this is all to screw him. But shouldn’t there be some shred of believability?

They don’t care about believability. They are depending upon the judge and jury to remain the lefties they are. The jury will be full of haters. Thus Bragg’s arrogance in bringing the charges in the first place. “Get Trump” is the only thing any of them care about.

This is great news! I hope that Trump is able to clear his name and avoid any jail time.
