As you probably know, I did not watch the SOTU speech this week. I post the following excerpt with a hat tip to Roger L. Simon.

    I caught the last few minutes of it myself and it took a few brewskies to get up the nerve to listen. This is what mail-in voting gets ya! Too bad our Founders couldn’t see this coming and give us a way out of this mess! It’ is impossible to get the “watchers” to govern themselves. That would be like asking the fox to guard the hen house! If one were to query 10 different people that witness something together, one would have 10 differing accounts!
