As part of the US withdrawal from Afghanistan, the Bagram Air Base was handed back to the Afghan government on 1 July 2021. U.S. troops left the base entirely after nearly 20 years. The last remaining U.S. troops left the base by shutting off the electricity and slipping away in the night without notifying the Afghan Armed Forces. The base was looted by local civilians soon after US forces left the area.
On 15 August 2021, Afghan troops stationed there gave up their positions to the Taliban, losing control of the airfield.
And the Kandahar Airport?
In May 2021, the Resolute Support Mission departed the base and handed it over to the Afghan military.
On 16 August 2021, Afghan commandos evacuated Kandahar Airport after the Taliban captured Kabul, leaving it under Taliban control.

The Brits and whatever other Western nation still in Afghanistan would do well to not trust the Americans. AMERICAN LEADERSHIP DOES NOT CARE…a bunch of really stupid and deluded men allowing the deaths of people who aided the U.S.
These so-called leaders have never learned or understood that NEVER…EVER…believe any promise from any Muslim who follows Sharia…EVER!!! Lying to fool the kafir is an obligation under Islam. If anyone thinks Americans are safe simply because they are Americans, then he needs to be put in Kandahar and watch what happens to him.
Right now, Afghans who worked for the Americans or likely any Western nation, are being tortured, slaughtered brutally in the streets along with their families except for their little girls who are handed off to the Taliban rapists.
These people are demon-possessed and following the diktats of the Father of Lies. Any human quality which enables caring and loving and decency is absent in their persons. The worst possible behavior is approved.
HORRENDOUS! And Biden, et al. are acting as though all will be resolved. What utter, filthy, and criminally stupid fools. As for Pelosi, she’s as bad as the Taliban. What a despicable person!

I shouldn’t write anything while I’m so angry because it’s easy to be unclear. Fourth paragraph down, I’m referring to the Taliban.
That said, Biden’s America is showing its true colors, too…they have no conscience. CONSCIENCE SPEAKS OUT. Anyone who remains silent and does not verbally, publicly denounce what Biden has allowed is worth less than nothing.
The Taliban will continue to brutally kill everyone who opposed them. That’s their character and what their souls are dedicated to. And it looks like Americans under Biden will just let it happen.
