    My cat and I love after dinner walks

    The way he looks out the window longing to be outside melts my heart every time. Spring is finally here and I love that it means more time for the things he loves most, our little walks together. Longer days, softer light, and more chances to step outside just because we can. And what I love most is that when the door opens, he doesn’t rush out. He pauses first, taking it all in like he’s been waiting for this moment all day….
