    Good Mornin’. Just another sunny day here. It was a very pleasant 66* when we took our walk. I think it will be really hot out in the sun later, I figure I will spend the day getting things ready to go this weekend. Hope you all have a nice day.

      Hi mom! Regular spring-like day today with a high in the 50’s, but it is supposed to be in the low 80’s tomorrow! As usual, directly from spring into summer.

      Gorgeous day here! Unfortunately the black and white cat is a no show since last night; very unusual for him as he lurks on the back porch until I let the dogs out about 10, then expects me to carry him in to the food bowl. I am worried, of course, because there are coyotes around…

      Hey, aus! We’re coolish at 54 degrees and overcast. Absolutely NOTHING happening around here. Boriiiiiiiing!

      I started to watch THAT HAMILTON WOMAN starring Vivien Leigh and Laurence Olivier (a highly fictionalized tale of Lord Horatio Nelson’s love affair with the wife of a diplomat). Unfortunately, I got distracted by a cat fight between Miss Bee and Mr. Gee. They have become increasingly jealous of each other. The least bit of attention paid to one must then be shown to the other. Miss Bee usually causes the rifts. Apparently we need a cat psychiatrist. And perhaps a good psychiatrist would have been called for re Lord Nelson, too, if there had been such a profession in the 1790s.

    Checking in to ask a favor. Insalubrious GSon is in Elizabeth City NC at school. IG is about 5 blocks from the riots. School has told all the students to get out now, but IG is on a baseball scholarship, so is uncertain what to do.
    Please pray for all those innocent kid’s safety, and them getting home safely. Thanks.

    Grandson finally left school early this evening, taking his girlfriend with him. He should be home around 11 p.m.-ish.
    None pays much attention to the news, and didn’t realize it is BLM and Antifa continuing their cross-country destruction in Elizabeth City.

    All these LEO “shootings” so very close together beginning within minutes of the George Floyd verdict sure seems odd, to me anyway.
