Your word of the day is:
SESQUIPEDALIAN
adj.
A long word / a person who uses long words. It originated in the 17th century and is derived from the Latin sesquipedalis ‘a foot and a half long’.

I have had two dogs who could do this. Both Stella and Tucker could get over of their puppy fence in seconds.

Morning prayer
Lord we grow weary feom the inactivity, we experience anxiety from the constant bad news, we suffer cowards in high office and destructive criminals in our street.
Only You can bring peace to this nation and to the heart of man, move Lord, please move.— Charlie Daniels (@CharlieDaniels) June 10, 2020
The Jimmy Macdonald story abut being saved from drowning brought me to tears. Beautiful the way the Lord works.
Wonderful paintings posted by Ribeiro…”Lavender Walk” Painting by Allan Morgan (website: http://originalpaintings.com/allan_morgan.htm) and the lovely artwork of a little girl by Alfredo Rodriguez. More paintings from Rodriguez at http://alfredoartist.com/.
The little guy eating broccoli is a fluff hamster. Adorable!
Thanks, Stella!

What great ones today! I love the first with the guy being saved by the bar with priests. Cute fluffy little guy. What a sweet little girl in a sweet little dress. The word of the day is hilarious and the caterpillar is flat scary. Beautiful picture and the dogs climbing out is so funny. I love the pictures of the kid going to school with the characters watching him leave. And, always, Charlie’s prayer.

Love them all, especially the back to school picture. We had a full grown Golden Retriever who climbed the fence all the time. Gave up trying to keep him in.

My dog thinks she is a gazelle! BCs leap anything. The one I had in Scotland could leap over a 6 ft. fence, nay problem!

Have always wondered what was running through Our Lord’s mind when He created all those weird-looking insects.
Was He laughing at us, in our future simultaneous awe and recoiling, or was He laughing at Himself for enjoying a bit of Creative Indulgence?
So many questions. Hope He gives me a bit of Indulgence lol

Oh, yeah, and the terrific people behind Hormel’s gift to the children, and the man who bought the boys a pizza.
