And what may be lost in that docking video is that the ISS is flying at 16,560 mph and the capsule is flying at 16,560 mph minus just a smidgeon.

For a comparison, the standard M855A1 62 grain .223 bullet fired from an M-16 travels at 3150 feet per second, the ISS travels at some 25,000 feet per second. In theory it’s easier to hit one bullet fired from an M-16 with another fired from a 2nd M-16.

Thanks for more good people, including the 7 year old!, darling animals, and reminders of what scientists can accomplish.

The weather today is absolutely gorgeous

Not a cloud in that beautiful blue sky warm sun and comfortable temperatures 65°

As I took my daily walk on the boards and guess who I ran into?

    The Floyd Protesters

Around 70 of them not exactly sure how many because other people were walking and bike riding near the crowd

It actually sounded like a bunch of bitches yelling during a “monthly” crises

Most of the people including myself could care less about them and one small dog a Chihuahua (spell check) kept barking at them

The cops walked along and at the moment with the windows open all is quiet and peaceful … Amen!

    These were all great.
Except that sleeping on top of skyscraper thingy…can we talk?…what is that clinical name for irrational fear of heights, including even looking at pictures of said?

My mother had that. When we were on vacation at Yosemite National Park, we were driving over Tioga Pass, and my mother was filming with our 8 mm camera. I told her to look to her right at a waterfall. She did – and passed out.

I am not irrational, just verrrrry, verrrry cautious. If it does not have a really sturdy railing I really don’t need to be there. I heard there are some people who are drawn to be close to the edge!

I can remember as a child riding down into box canyon in CA. It was a dirt road with no guardrail. I spent most of the ride shivering in the back floorboard!
