    Amusing exchange….

The sad thing is the general outline of that BBC “interview” is typical of BBC and all other UK media. A Bombastic “Leftist”… allowed to dominate and tell lies unchallenged… some Conservative not given equal time, let alone equal chance to make any sort of counter point. In fact it’s often a “panel” of guests and/or media types who all gang up on a lone Reasonable voice. AND the BBC is funded by a “License fee” stolen from the public

The good news is… in UK… as in USA the public are waking up to FAKENEWS… and Bopris is taking about scrapping the BBC license fee.

When I lived in the UK, Boris was mayor of London. He was always getting into scraps with people, having antics that were so amusing, but at the same time, he made a lot of sense about running London.
A lot of people hated him! I told DH “Someday, he will be Prime Minister”!
I’ve actually had Gordon Brown having tea in my parlor while on the phone trying to get me signed up for his party, and I wasn’t a citizen!
British Politics is so different from ours in some ways. I tried not to get too involved.
