      I’d post a smiley, but I’m 70 years old, learned my math in the 50’s and my father made a living at a major airline (huge carbon footprint). Oh, yeah, and I still work part-time after retirement, taking a job from a younger worker.

    16 below yesterday and the roads are an icy mess….4 below this morning but a ‘heat wave’ is expected and we might end up with a high of ‘freezing’ by this afternoon.

      It’s always worth the time to read anything by Hanson. He’s spot on re the illegitimacy of this whole fake impeachment.

      We are witnessing democracy in action. The Founders considered democracy to be akin to a “mobocracy”. The Democrats, aka Left, love to talk about democracy as ‘majority rule’.
      In their infinite wisdom, the Founders created a Constitutional Republic and a Nation of Laws. The Left, the Democrats, are practicing majority rule disregarding the Constitution and the laws of the Republic. The basic legal protections given to any mass-murdering pedophile are not accorded to our President. What can the rest of us expect?
      Ambassador Stevens was a friend and supporter of 0bama & Hillary. Considering his last day on earth, what can the rest of us expect.

      While Hanson is correct about the actions of the Left and the impeachment process, the media began the plans withing 2 days of Trump’s election, preparing the masses for what would happen when the new Congress took their seats.

    You know how you get curious about past happenings and decide to google what the outcome might be? Last night I checked out what happened in the trial of the man accused of murdering the McStay family in southern California in 2010.

    If you recall, the family just seemed to disappear with only one supposed sighting of their crossing on foot into Mexico. Their car was found in a parking lot near the border. There were documentaries about where they might have gone, with many thinking they disappeared voluntarily, which was simply absurd seeing as absolutely no reason surfaced for such an uncharacteristic move. Their bodies were found buried in the desert three years later.

    The mass murderer had been a business partner of the father. It got no publicity that I saw, but in June this year, the scum was convicted and sentenced to death. That sentence was given by the jury after they had been advised by the judge that they could give him life or death. Such was the nature of the horrific crime, they decided on no mercy.

    Unfortunately, California’s Governor Pretty Boy With No Brains thinks the death penalty is “inconsistent with our bedrock values” and deaths via the state’s method of lethal injection are on hold. If there ever was a murderer who deserved to be eliminated, this human is it. It’s a supremely awful thing to murder adults, but, really, how can people murder little children? We know it’s done all the time, but such actions still shock and this time only done because they could identify the killer.
