    This little black cutie is a ringer for my Riley twelve years ago. We all love our dogs, but some of us have that once in a lifetime love. Riley is mine. My husband gave him to me. I can still remember so vividly seeing him ride up to the house resting on my husband’s shoulder.

    He hasn’t slowed down all the way from that day. Although he no longer runs circles around the cabin until he drops, he still goes out every morning to check the edges of “his” territory, our 14 acres. He also occassionally comes across a rabbit, coon, possum, or deer to chase, and he does it enthusiastically.

    I sure love him. He has greatly enriched my life.
