President Trump Gives Remarks on Immigration with Angel Families

Event scheduled to begin at 2:30 pm EDT

As the hulabaloo over separation of illegal alien children from their parents reaches a fever pitch, President Trump is meeting today at the White House with “Angel Families” — U.S. citizens whose loved ones were killed by illegal immigrants.

Washington Times

The president will once again put the spotlight on tragedies such as the death of Kate Steinle, who was shot and killed by an illegal immigrant in San Francisco in 2015. The gunman had been deported several times but returned to the U.S.

Some “angel parents” whose children were killed by illegal immigrants have formed a grass-roots organization in California called Fight Sanctuary State, seeking to promote more cooperation between state and local authorities with federal immigration enforcement agents.

Maybe I’m not seeing it but there’s no shortage of deaths by illegals, we’ve had more than our share in/around NOLA. Then there’s the issue of the extensive network of Mexican cartels and MS-13 in the coiuntry and most of them are illegals. MS-13 had a revolving door program in place since the 80s – we’d catch/deport them and they’d be back here before the ink on the order was dry.
The importation of illegals from south of the border is and will continue to be a major security/crime problem and as they import their Latino crime here we’ll look like the rest of Latin America while their ‘Latino Grievance Industry’ excuses their actions. If they couldn’t keep their own country from turning to a pile of guano what makes anyone think they can do better here?
