    Comey is unhinged.

    One thing that is irrefutable is that Comey is lying about what was present in Hillary’s emails and about Hillary’s actions or Hillary lied before congress.

    Hillary made false exculpatory statement which in any non kangaroo court equals consciousness of guilt.

    The act of concealment (deleting and then destroying emails to the point that emails are unrecoverable) is consciousness of guilt.

    Hillary’s words and actions show clear intent, clear intent = culpability = guilty.

    Perhaps Comey needs a rudimentary lesson in mens rea “The act is not culpable unless the mind is guilty.”

    Comey said that Hillary was guilty of gross negligence but he used “extreme carelessness” so as to sound more “common.” 🙄 And then Comey goes on to say that although Hillary was guilty of gross negligence, an action that made classified information vulnerable to attack form hostile players, Hillary was just too darn stupid or “unsophisticated” to understand that her actions were criminal.

    If anyone is interested, Greta V.S. says she will have Rudy Guiliani and Mr Newt (I think) on tonight’s show to discuss Comey. Rudy used to be Comey’s boss.

    Marine’s defense for disseminating classified information will cite Hillary Clinton’s case

    A Marine Corps officer who has been locked in a legal battle with his service after self-reporting that he improperly disseminated classified information will use Hillary Clinton’s email case to fight his involuntary separation from the service, his lawyer said.

    Maj. Jason Brezler’s case has been tied up in federal court since he sued the service in December 2014. He became a cause celebre among some members of Congress, Marine generals and military veterans after he sent a classified message using an unclassified Yahoo email account to warn fellow Marines in southern Afghanistan about a potentially corrupt Afghan police chief. A servant of that police official killed three Marines and severely wounded a fourth 17 days later, on Aug. 10, 2012, opening fire with a Kalashnikov rifle in an insider attack.
