Well good grief, no, I did not. I can tell you this, I spent a lot of years in an orange apron and it was not flattering. I used to wipe paint all over my apron when I ran paint department. Deliberately. It looked better. Afternoon, Stella!

Not sure how many of you follow golf, but the captain of the winning US team gave credit to President Trump for spurring the team to victory yesterday, while on national TeeVee. There is video somewhere out there, but since it was on NBC, they are making it difficult to find.

Mosquitoes are not too much of a problem in my area. If you are by the water and in the trees around here you might get a bite or two. I think I have gotten a couple every year since I moved here. And, they are not as bad as the bites I got in Florida which itched like crazy and stayed pink for a week.

National Family Day. It is good to live close to family…….as long as you can get along with them.
Good neighbors are always good to have. The problem with living in a rental is that the neighbors change so often.
Is that poke as in poke salad? We had neighbors in Florida who went out and picked it and ate it all the time.
I do believe that rabies shots for animals are necessary.

Can you believe this? I recently purchased a pair of pajamas described as 95% cotton (Walmart’s website). I looked at the tag last night. It says “artificial cotton”. Never heard of that before. Apparently it is viscose. Why do they allow that?
I just checked the website again. It still describes the pajamas as cotton, but they removed the detailed description, and substituted a disclaimer:

Well, if they game the reviews to that extent, why have them? I have increasingly been very unhappy with products I order from Walmart, and just about quit using them, except for groceries. And now, they apparently have a major problem with their delivery service in many areas. Two of my last orders had to be cancelled because they just kept kicking the delivery out and I gave up. One actually did come the next day. And all,are now late. So, I’m going to pay more for groceries from someone else.
