Such lovely flower photos! I think of pioneer ladies who carefully tended flowers among the necessary items in the garden. Some of which actually kept crops safer by repelling harmful insects.
In an often harsh life, they brought joy, for the price of seeds, or in the sharing of starter plants.

Texan, that is one beautiful coffee pot. Finding anything to match mug-wise is a challenge. The blue is sorta hard to match for the mugs…think these from Imperial Vienna would be OK even though they look to be two-swig only….

There don’t seem to be as many user available controls on videos as previously.
Like video speed, and captioning. Volume is also sometimes harder to control. Maybe I’m not looking in the right places.
Video shorts make it even more difficult.

My DIL made a beer batter for fish yesterday which was delicious. She says she will probably always use that recipe………and she gets to drink whatever beer is left.
Boo on air travel for me. Not interested anymore.

One thing about living in Montana, I only get 2 or 3 mosquito bites a year.

Good day, Czarina! Bacon and Chocolate Pecan Pie Celebrations are always welcome. Then I’ll take National Accessible Air Travel Day which AI describes as: “Purpose — Established to raise awareness about accessibility issues in air travel for people with disabilities.” Each airline should have full and easy-to-follow instructions online about how disabled travelers can make their trips hassle-free.
As for National Radio Day, I haven’t turned on my radio more than a couple of times since Rush Limbaugh died at age 70…b.January 12, 1951; d.February 17, 2021.

A high school boy and his friends broke through locks and fences to get into an abandoned many story building in downtown NO. He fell and died. News media are wringing their hands over his memorial services, vigil, and how WE have to do more to keep these buildings safe.
TV news showed videos made by other boys from the top of the building.
Well, yes, the owner has it locked up and fenced, and has tried repeatedly to sell it, and the city has offered money to anyone who will take it. Police arrest anyone they catch breaking in. It will cost $24 million to demolish. The pressure is on again to do something. Been going on for twenty years.
I can’t think of anything useful to say about fixing teenaged boys.
