Good mornin’, and happy hump day! We’re kind of celebrating here in TX this morning. RINO Crenshaw and the Hood Rat won’t be “representing” us in the Swamp too much longer. I’m sure their next few months will be full of settling scores and job-hunting. But we’ll take it. Not a lot of details on this antique French coffee pot, but I thought it was very unique. Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

I really like that one! Thank you and good morning. I saw that SD’s post said Crenshaw didn’t see it coming. Would love to read the details on that, but his source link was behind a paywall at the NYT.

Good mornin’, Menage! If Eye-Patch McCain couldn’t read a poll, I guess that’s on him! The Hood Rat is blaming our side for her loss. The Entitlement Generation, I guess.
Here’s a link you can use to get your hands on most paywall stories. Plug the story/url into the to the top box, click enter, and almost always you can read the story for free. Sometimes, I have to do one of those captcha things because I use a VPN on this computer.
Glad you like the pot. Utilitarian, but something caught my eye.

Oops! Forgot to say – Good morning!

The NYT link is just the election data. Doesn’t say anything about Crenshaw not seeing it coming.

I think this article encapsulates the republican party as it exists today in DC. Too many factions, weak leadership and not a great deal of focus. That’s not a good long-term strategy.

I don’t really view President Trump as Republican. I think he was shrewd enough to take the driver’s seat and go. I no longer view myself as Republican, just a person who votes that way because I have no other options right now.
I don’t see that they have many options available as far as leadership goes. Without the rock solid foundation of President Trump, will Marco and or J.D. hold strong? Preferably both, together? Too soon to tell for sure.

National Marching Music Day – always cheerful
National Grammar Day – I loved grammar in school. Remember diagramming sentences?

Definitely Son’s Day and Hug a GI Day. I have always liked Marching Music. I never minded diagramming sentences, although I wasn’t really so good at it.

Looks like Big Al might be in a runoff. I’ve met his constituents. He’ll probably be back. 😦

Well, good afternoon All. Had trouble going to sleep last night and woke up really late this morning so I didn’t make it to Bible Study. It is raining, the misty, drippy rain and is supposed to keep it up for days or a week. It is in the mid 40’s right now.
Hope your weather has settled down wherever you are. Have a nice day.
