In addition to Nick Shirley, his bravery and his internet connections, the gentleman who worked for years to supply the facts and figures should be acknowledged.
“Dave” may prefer to remain as anonymous as possible. The locations, the financial information and the additional scouting endeavors were done by him. He was physically attacked for his efforts.
He is likely the reason that government figures are taking note: he brought the real scope of the fraud to light.
