Such a brilliant thing to do. I imagine the shelters appreciate it, as there is not much money for that kind of treatment at most shelters.
A little beauty treatment goes a long way.

My SPCA in Pearl River County, MS has a person who dolls the animals up then takes glamor shots of them for the Facebook page.
