Good mornin’, czarina! I got Pop a fruitcake for Christmas. I need to see if he’s ready to toss it, or if he actually ate the thing! Trivial Pursuit was a bloodsport when I was a bit younger. My two, younger sisters are brutal!

TV has had to move on from repeating the same details. Two days ago they got some of the families to talk about their loved ones, yesterday the families walked along Bourbon Street and visited the memorials people have put up. There was the first funeral (Muslim college student from Baton Rouge). The British citizen who was killed has been linked to someone who used to work as caretaker for the Royals, William and Harry, years ago ( reaching far and wide to have SOMETHING novel to say).
Coroner said every one of the 14 was killed by blunt force trauma consistent with vehicle crash.
Last night they started talking about the gunfight between the perp and the cops, and the fallout of bullets to others. They also interviewed the neighbors of the place the perp had rented in NO, about the ATF agents who were in the area for days, and how the neighbors felt knowing now who had been there.
Also, they finally started doing weather and sports again.
