I don’t recall reading about this. In an “infrastructure” bill signed by FJB in 2021, they included a section about – “mandating expanded monitoring” of drivers. The law requires auto manufacturers to build systems that will monitor various actions of the driver. It does NOT state that this is specifically for impaired driving but is quite broad at this point. This is law, not a phone and a pen Bee-Ess.

How precious is this? Leader of Columbia U anti-Israel protests is a 40-year-old rich guy. He’s been doing this now for nearly 20 years and he runs free as a bird. Silver spoon guy.

Another beautiful day even though it started out raining (misting) early in the morning. It is 63* right now and overcast. No tornadoes expected…….ever.

I am really disgusted by these protests. Can’t turn on the TV without coverage of all that mess right now.

Hope you are avoiding TV and enjoying the day.

I hope this posts. I don’t know anything about X. This stupid young, ignorant, woman, who will probably remain ignorant for the rest of her life, is crying over not getting to graduate with her class because she was busy protesting. She figures she might not graduate, but she figures it won’t affect her getting a job (LOL). What a moron. She says she would do it again. I hope she is one of those who is gay or decides to not have any children so we won’t have to worry about more like her.

I’ve been reading the last few months that, surprise, surprise, employers look at resumes and Linked In crap with “pronouns” and screen them out, figuring they’d be constant trouble. Yeah, ya think?

I cannot imagine what it’s like to employ young people today. Back in my painting business days, I had a young man who went toe to toe with me over his phone. He wanted to work one handed, be on his phone all day.

He actually told me I had no right to tell him he couldn’t be on his phone. I informed him that the salary I paid him entitled me to both his hands and all his attention. Or, he could be unemployed.

This afternoon I inadvertently ordered something I didn’t want. So, in trying to cancel it, I came across a magazine order that I had cancelled two years ago over the phone or something. I And I knew they would keep coming until the subscription ran out. Anyway, I just discovered that they had renewed the subscription again last month. I had kept getting the magazines for a while, even after I moved, but then quit receiving them because the Post Office quits forwarding them after 18 mo. The reason I didn’t realize was because the address had not been changed from my last address which I just fixed.

But, the puzzling part is, they charged it to my new credit card number which I just got a month or two ago. I had cancelled the other one to stop another charge I didn’t want and couldn’t seem to end the subscription. Anyway, how did they get the new number?
