I do eat egg salad on a regular basis (in a lettuce cup or low-carb tortilla), so I am eager to try at least the first recipe.

Three totally different takes. Love the wire rack for cutting up egg whites! I think I need to look for a a Japanese convenience store rather than try to make the last one.

I love a good egg salad, and had no idea there was even an option for any other method than good old-fashioned American style.
