The EASIER + BETTER Way to Make Chicago Italian Beef Sandwiches

My favorite “fast food”, hands down. I don’t understand why this isn’t known all over the country, rather than just in Chicagoland! I prefer sauteed mild peppers as a topping, rather than the spicy giardiniera, but to each his own!

    Nice to learn how to cook the meat, but I’ll buy locally made olive salad (no peppers, lots of green olives) and French bread. May not be Chicago style but sounds great to me.
