Not sure how many of you watched the show Friends, but one of the cast members, Matthew Perry has passed away at 54. He struggled for years with addiction issues, but nothing has been confirmed as of yet. He was a funny young man.

Good afternoon, Czarina! Just as I was ready to comment on National Cat Day, Gee came into my office and gave just one short meow and then walked out. He knows that every day is Cat Day.
National Hermit Day sounds like something a reclusive committee came up with when trying to fill their yearly calendar.
Does anyone really like a bowl of oatmeal? It’s gotta have honey, fruit, or nuts added or it’s blandly inedible.
Hopefully World Stroke Day gives pointers on how to keep your blood pressure down…like staying away from politics and anything to do with Brandon.

Our Favorite Sunday Columnist is off today. However, I this article provides some food for thought. Here’s one theory on why we’re where we are with respect to national defense and foreign policy. AI and the Google mentality may be a big part of the problem. People in power are too lazy to read history. They just read Google and use some teenager’s AI bot for the quick answer. The old adage still applies……..GIGO.

The entire DOJ needs to be flushed and rebuilt from the ground up. They were spying on Congress watchdogs back in 2017. These guys were watching the DOJ and they (DOJ) rubbed their noses in it. Burn it all down and start over.
