When music was really kick @$$. I had just got my drivers license and learning how to park, LOL! True blue muscle cars were on the horizon! Oh what I’d give to have that ’70 Cuda again!

I had an Austin Healy Sprite! I also drove my friend’s red TR3 while he was in Vietnam, because his parents didn’t drive it.

We had an AH sprite too when first married. It didn’t hold up well to the Calif distances and heat but was so fun in the curves!

My ex was working for British Leyland at the time. It wasn’t a very well made car, tbh, but it was fun to drive.

Learned to drive in a 4-door Ford sedan (tank) but took my DL test in a VW bug! Drove a ’56 F150 during junior college. My boyfriend had a red ’57 Chevy 4D convertible with a really hot header system!
Those were real cars!!
Practically have to carry a code-reader in today’s electronic vehicles.

A bit of a lengthy piece from the great VDH. Pretty much a laundry list of everything that Brain-Freeze Brandon/Bronco Bama have done to destroy this Country. Not a real uplifting piece, but enlightening, nonetheless.

Afternoon, All. I got up and went to the laundromat early. Got ALL my laundry done. I didn’t have breakfast before I went so I could get there early and I picked up a cheese/egg biscuit and a cold mocha drink, a frappe, at McD’s that I just figured I would try because it was already getting hot. Big mistake! I figured I wouldn’t like it. But, noooo, it was delicious. Now I want another one. {sigh}
Anyway. my throat is sore and my sinuses are all messed up. I don’t know if I am getting a sinus infection or what. But, my littlest granddaughter had the exact same thing when I was at their house yesterday. We couldn’t have gotten it from each other if it is something contagious because we haven’t been around each other since last Wed. but I think that is strange.

An on duty DEA agent ran a stop sign and killed a Salem, OR resident, back in March. The agent has finally been indicted/charged. Isn’t that special. The video showing him running the stop sign has been available to the investigators since the initial investigation.
