    Remember all that equine excrement Brandon told us when he got an extra $80B for new IRS agents and how they were gonna sock it to the rich………..apparently, that’s not been the case. I’m shocked, I tell ya’z.

    FTA – “the audit (IG’s office) found that 75% of audits were on returns showing “total positive income” at less than $200,000.”

      Mornin’, Miss Wee. Seems that we’re on a merry-go-round that no one will unplug. And they keep turning up the volume to that incessant music every time it goes around.

    A bit of a lengthy piece from the great VDH. Pretty much a laundry list of everything that Brain-Freeze Brandon/Bronco Bama have done to destroy this Country. Not a real uplifting piece, but enlightening, nonetheless.

    Afternoon, All. I got up and went to the laundromat early. Got ALL my laundry done. I didn’t have breakfast before I went so I could get there early and I picked up a cheese/egg biscuit and a cold mocha drink, a frappe, at McD’s that I just figured I would try because it was already getting hot. Big mistake! I figured I wouldn’t like it. But, noooo, it was delicious. Now I want another one. {sigh}

    Anyway. my throat is sore and my sinuses are all messed up. I don’t know if I am getting a sinus infection or what. But, my littlest granddaughter had the exact same thing when I was at their house yesterday. We couldn’t have gotten it from each other if it is something contagious because we haven’t been around each other since last Wed. but I think that is strange.

    Hope you all have a nice rest of the day.

    Chaos, Comedy, and ‘Crying Rooms’: Inside Jimmy Fallon’s ‘Tonight Show’
    By Krystie Lee Yandoli – Thu, September 7, 2023 at 6:30 AM PDT

    It was a particularly tense day on the set of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The host, known for his warm and congenial presence onscreen, was acting especially dismissive and irritable during production meetings, a former longtime employee tells Rolling Stone. Then he stumbled through rehearsal in front of a studio audience, who typically sit in on rehearsals for the late-night show.

    An on duty DEA agent ran a stop sign and killed a Salem, OR resident, back in March. The agent has finally been indicted/charged. Isn’t that special. The video showing him running the stop sign has been available to the investigators since the initial investigation.
