   Is Faux news biased much??? There is very little room here to play devils’ advocate! The hag Pelosi has been around since the early 60’s I recall a pic of here and JFK. After 6 decades she is still as useless as that proverbial hind teat on a boar hog!

   In the system of justice she believes in, people ARE NOT presumed to be innocent but instead are presumed to be guilty. It’s perfectly fine with her that her political enemies are indicted simply because they won’t cease trying to maintain America as a Constitutional Republic. She’d be perfectly OK with a dictatorship as long as her vision is followed…indeed, that is what she has supported for many years.

   With all due respect, I must call you and others out on this one. It is wrong in our constitutional republic to say that a person is “innocent until proven guilty”. To do so implies that they are in fact guilty, and we only assume innocence “until” this guilt is proven. It is instead correct to say that a person is “innocent UNLESS proven guilty”. This maintains the presumption of innocence throughout due process without implying that we only hold that innocence “until” the guilt is proven.
