Constitutional Republic vs. Democracy

Dave Rubin played this video (probably 60 years or so old) on his show this morning. I found it on the YouTube channel named The Benny Show. It features Howard “Dan” Smoot, who was an FBI agent and a conservative. From 1957 to 1971, he published The Dan Smoot Report, which chronicled communist infiltration in various sectors of American government and society. He very clearly describes the differences between a Constitutional Republic (our form of government) and a Democracy.

The youth of our country seem to be trending against our Republic in favor of authoritarian rule. Parents need to make sure they are informed about the dangers and discuss such matters with their children. This type of video would be a good addition to the discussion.

    Here’s a huge Constitutional question….
