Jill Biden recently found the time to welcome a group of singing and dancing nurses from The Northwell Health Nurse Choir into the East Room during the “In Performance at the White House” Christmas event.

In the background of the performance, the first lady can be seen maskless while a majority of the nurses perform donning the face attire. Biden’s maskless appearance occurred less than a week after the White House’s medical advisors told Americans to “wear a mask at public indoor” settings to avoid overwhelming hospitals with sick COVID-19 patients.

The special aired on PBS on December 21 and featured other musical acts, but GOP strategist Amy Tarkanian flagged the nurses’ rendition of  “We Need A Little Christmas,” which was widely mocked on social media.

No social distancing here. At least Jill put on her mask for the photo op.
