Stella's Place 
Good morning everyone. Less than two weeks until Christmas! I still have presents to wrap and posts to prepare next door. Menu to plan for our Christmas dinner. Lots to do, and I’m making a quick out of town trip this weekend with my oldest son, so I really need to get things done this week. Plus cleaning, and yuk to that.
Cold this morning. It was 34 an hour ago, and supposed to drop to freezing by daylight. I hope your day is warmer, although I don’t think I’d want to live without seasons, and fall colors. Happy Monday!

Really haven’t had to turn on the heat this season as the house stays about 70* which is comfortable if I wear sweats and socks, but last night it dropped to 64* inside, so I had to turn on the heat this morning. Off now, and probably won’t need it again at least this week, which is predicted to be in the 70’s all week.

It is 1:05 pm and currently 2 above zero here. Getting colder the next couple of days, then up to +20 by the weekend. I can deal with the really sharp cold (below zero) as long as it doesn’t last too long…a few days, maybe a week. Makes +20 feel downright balmy. Everything is relative I guess.

Dave Rubin just announced that he is moving, along with his business and all of his employees, from California to Florida! Locals is already in Florida and Rumble is moving to Sarasota.
Did you hear that Elon Musk is moving his business out of California? Tesla will be a Texas company!

Locals is in Miami, so I assume that Dave will be in that general area. He apparently has already found a home and is moving within the next couple of weeks.

I was watching Gov. Beshear speak and then his wife started to speak. He had to step in and help because she got so choked up. She finally got control and finished. They are asking for $25 gift cards and toys for Christmas. She said they wanted the amounts so they could divide the gift cards between families easier. So, if you wanted to send more money, you could send multiple gift cards. Sounded like a good idea to me.
