Mornin’ All. 61* here, a little chilly, but pleasant. Sun’s out, as usual. Got a few chores to do today. I finally feel a little rested up from our trip and then the fancy dinner Sat. night. We went to lunch yesterday and split what they call a chicken bowl. It is kinda like a stir fry Mexican style with grilled chicken, green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, broccoli, cheddar jack cheese, and Poblano Sauce over steamed rice. It is absolutely delicious and is probably the cheapest thing on the menu as far as a meal goes. Also, it is so big, we split it. Delish.
