    Happy Fence Friday!

Jackson Hole, WY – Grand Tetons in background…imagine waking up to those every morn…

Hobbit House, Matamata, North Island, New Zealand…

Fencing the prairies of South Dakota…

    Lake Todos los Santos, Chile…

    Have a great day!

My two favorite places are Jackson Hole/Yellowstone and Venice, Italy. Both are in danger of destruction, although Yellowstone will go with a dramatic earthquake and explosion while Venice will likely erode away slowly despite humans’ efforts.

Regarding Venice, I saw a walking tour which was done in April this year and the mold, mildew and crumbling brick is excessive. Of course they’ve always had problems with that. But now with streets nearly empty of tourists and little money coming in, businesses and homeowners don’t have the extra cash to do much of anything. Very sad what Covid-panic has done to the world.

World-famous rock formation crumbles into the sea

Natural erosion finally took its toll on Darwin’s Arch, a famous rock formation off the coast of the remote Galápagos Islands, forcing the top of the archway to collapse into the Pacific Ocean on Monday as tourists watched in awe, Ecuadorean officials said.

Will the January 6 Commission allow any of this video to be viewed or will it just be a rubber stamp for Pelosi’s vendetta against President Trump?

Mornin’ all. Sure haven’t heard many of those sycophants singing the praises of Mr. Gates lately. I’m not smart enough to know if he really “stole” the OS and made a fortune or not, but this is one of the most unseemly things I think, about him. Hanging with Epstein to try and get a Nobel Prize. How self-unaware must one be to think this is a good idea? Besides the fact that he’s pushing vaccines around the world that are killing people and he wants to cool the world with his latest brainiac move. Dillweed.

Well, the way I see it is, he is a guy who has strippers come to his house to swim in his pool and whatever, along with other unsavory sexual things, and now the story is that he hung out with a guy who could serve up underage girls for sex so he could get a Pulitzer Prize? Anybody who believes that should look in the mirror and check to see if they have “FOOL” stamped on their forehead.

He worked on the development of DOS for IBM, and IBM didn’t ask their employees to cede patent rights to products they developed. He was able to sell DOS himself after leaving IBM. At least, that’s the story I remember.

Fascinating. I remember in the 1970’s getting a micro-computer called Alpha Micro (AMOS). The unit looked like a washing machine with large disks that loaded in the top and wires to the individual CRTs. Then in the early ’80s’ getting a micro-desktop computer (CADO) but replacing it in the mid-to-late ’80s with a PC we had built for us using a buffet of components. It worked very well until the commercial PC’s became more serviceable. All in all, a Godsend for my calloused fingers!

That is very interesting. I find it rather fascinating how people jump on something that floats around the interwebz or F-akebook, and jump all over it. I’m guilty of it. But obviously, we now see that Mr. Gates is nowhere near the Mr. Rogers character he tries to portray.

Louis Freeh gives $100K to Biden grandkids trust? How unseemly. If that doesn’t make you want to take a shower, nothing will. Darn near 99.9% of the people who go to work out in that swamp, end up like this, it appears. There are a few who escape its clutches, but apparently, not very many.

Mornin’ All. It is 74* and not a cloud anywhere in the sky. It feels warmer today than it has, probably because there is no breeze. I guess it is going to be a hot one. Hope it is nice wherever you are. 🙂

Snow continued to fall throughout the night. There’s about a foot of accumulated snow on the ground and it’s still snowing heavily. The forecast looks like the snow might taper off this afternoon.

It’s about 28 degrees and and very pretty outside this morning….

Cher Chez spent the night outside. I found her at 8:30 frantically looking in the back doors, running back and forth, hoping her pack would appear and she could be reunited. She is totally dependent. Apparently her new behavior of running out a door when it is opened got her outside unnoticed last night. Unfortunately I’ll bet she learned nothing.

I can’t remember who seemed interested in the soap I commented on a while back. I like it because it is very good for my skin. My upper arms have become rough and bumpy as I have gotten older, and no other soap seems to help. This did. They have been out but just got some in this afternoon. I ordered some, however, it is very expensive. I got some of their products as Christmas presents, so I didn’t know what they cost. Anyway, here is the link to the page if you are still interested. They run about $9 a bar.

Thanks, aus! It was me. I ordered some…figured it was a good place to spend the last of the stimulus money. I’ll leave you a comment on how it works for me after I’ve used it for a while.

Oh, good. I have been checking back with them every once in a while. I can’t believe they were out of it for so long. In fact, when I checked yesterday and couldn’t find it on the list, I contacted them and she said they had just gotten a box and she went to make sure that is what the delivery was. Evidently it had just come in. LOL I hope you like it.
