For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:16-17

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

John 11:25-26

And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.

He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.

And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.

And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word.

Matthew 28:5-8

Happy Easter. It is a beautiful morning here. I hope it is wherever you are. Loki went for our morning walk. Loki saw a squirrel under a bush with its back to us. She walked up and sniffed its little butt and the squirrel went straight up into the bush. It was so funny. I bet it will be more alert from now on. LOL

Our favorite Sunday columnist takes some clueless CEO’s to task over voting laws, and asks where the All-star game is going to land. NY and DE laws are currently more strict than the new GA and TX laws. Happy Easter from Rancho el Gordito, all.

May Day takes on a different significance this year. It is Day 100 of SloeJoe’s mask mandate. That’s all we had to do. Go 100 days. We’re done.

      A comment on the video:

Cave of Addulam Church in Calgary, CN … Pastor Artur Pawlowski, who is originally from Poland — apparently serve a large Ukrainian community — bottom line, they’ve messed with the wrong church as these folks have survived totalitarianism and recognize it when they see it. And praise the Lord for their courage and conviction in the face of tyranny! 🙏🏼

    Blessed Easter to All.
A glorious day, no matter the weather. The Son always Shines on Easter Morning.

Crying is anathema to me, my kryptonite, but it is through joyous tears yearly, without fail, this Processional Hymn brings me to tears while attempting to croak out the lyrics 3:38

It has been gloriously warm here. The branding season is over, livestock sold in January has been shipped off and many of the farmers here are either in the fields or planning to be there very shortly as the spring planting seasons gears up.

The season of renewal is upon us…..Wishing all of you a Blessed Easter…..

Pleasantly warm today here as well, ‘maus. We’re sitting on 40* this morning, and a steady stream of sunshine the past few days has beaten back the snow pack significantly. We can see parts of the roof! Alas and alack, the weather-guessers say we’ll be back to zero and have 3 days of snow by the end of the week. Winter don’t give up easy in these parts!

Happy Easter Tundra…I feel your pain. :0)

I myself am not convinced that spring has arrived and fully believe that we have not yet seen the last of the snow and cold, but the ‘delusion’ that maybe spring is here, is hard to shake when it’s sixty above.

As for your forecast, hang in there….:0)

Favorite Easter story! At our church in NC when my now 26 year old daughter (then 4 or 5) was watching the back of the church as our choir enacted the triumphant entrance to Jerusalem in full costume. When she saw the choir member portraying Jesus Christ enter she said in quite a loud not really whisper,”Mom they’ve got GOD! This is going to be good!”

Indeed we have God and it is going to be good!
