YW, weather! I love both the pictured breeds…such sweethearts….and all the others in the article.
Any dog, purebred or multiple-breed, enjoys being in front of a fireplace. But the Irish Red Setter has a coat that mirrors the flame, lending a romantic air to the scene.

Years ago I lived next door to people who had 3 Irish Setters and an Irish Wolfhound. The Wolfhound was very mellow, the setters always busy.

One of my cousins was an Irish Setter breeder and a dog trainer. They are very high strung.
