Have you all seen the presentation by Dr Shiva, MIT, on the operation of softwares such as SmartMatic? It is quite compelling.
Anyways, apparently someone tweeted Dr Shiva info to Atty Powell, and she got together with Dr Shiva.

I would imagine any software could be used to manipulate almost anything. Unfortunately.
